About Robert J. Caron
Robert J. Caron is an attorney practicing criminal defense, family law, personal injury and commercial fisheries litigation in Rhode Island. He is licensed in all Rhode Island State Courts, Rhode Island Federal District Court, the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Caron has been in private practice since 1997, immediately following his graduation from the Roger Williams School of Law. He is a member of the Rhode Island Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has successfully represented numerous commercial fisheries for alleged violations of DEM and NOAH regulations.
Mr. Caron has appeared numerous times before Rhode Island's Supreme Court, appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and was on brief twice on petitions for certiorari before the United States Supreme Court
Mr. Caron is a graduate of the Roger Williams School of Law (1997) and Rhode Island College (1992). He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Rhode Island and Rhode Island's Federal District Court. He is also licensed to practice before the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
